Refund and Cancellation Policy

Effective date: 2026-05-11

This Refund Policy supplements our Terms of Service. Capitalised terms have the meanings given there.

1. Subscriptions

Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by applicable law (see §4 below) or under the limited exceptions in §3.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access to the Service and any remaining subscription credits until that date. You will not be charged again unless you reactivate.

1.1 Annual Plans

Annual plans are billed for twelve (12) months upfront. We do not pro-rate refunds for annual plans cancelled mid-term, except where required by law.

1.2 Plan Changes

You may upgrade your plan at any time; the new plan is billed immediately and the unused portion of the previous plan is credited against the new charge. You may downgrade at any time; the downgrade takes effect at the next renewal.

2. One-Time Credit Top-Ups

Purchases of one-time credit top-ups are final and non-refundable once credits have been delivered to your account, including when partially used. Top-up credits expire twelve (12) months after purchase or when your account is closed, whichever is earlier, and are not redeemable for cash.

3. Limited Exceptions

We may, at our sole and absolute discretion, consider a refund in limited circumstances such as a duplicate or unauthorised charge made in error, or where required by applicable consumer-protection law (see §4). Granting one refund does not create an obligation to grant another. Send requests to support@swiftlystudio.com with your account email and the order or invoice ID.

4. EU/UK Consumer Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union or United Kingdom, you ordinarily have a fourteen (14) day right to withdraw from a distance contract for digital services without giving any reason.

You have expressly requested in our Terms of Service (§5.5) that we begin performance of the Service immediately upon purchase. Under Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU and Regulation 36(1)(d) of the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, your right of withdrawal is lost once performance has begun with your consent.

If you have not started using the Service since the most recent purchase (no generations, no credit consumption), you may exercise your right of withdrawal by emailing support@swiftlystudio.com within 14 days of purchase. We will refund the full purchase price within 14 days of receiving your notice. You can use the standard model withdrawal form provided in Annex I of Directive 2011/83/EU; it is not required.

5. Failed Payments and Account Suspension

If a recurring payment fails, we may retry your payment method, limit or suspend Service access, and ultimately cancel your subscription. Any unused credits may be forfeited, subject to applicable law.

6. Price Changes at Renewal

We may change the price of subscription plans at renewal. We will provide notice as required by applicable law (typically by email). If you do not agree to a new price, you may cancel before the renewal date.

7. Taxes, Currency, and Foreign Exchange

Prices on the Pricing page are displayed in US dollars unless stated otherwise. We may collect VAT, GST, sales tax, or similar taxes where required by law; these appear separately on your invoice.

If your bank or card issuer charges a currency-conversion fee, you are responsible for that fee. Refunds are issued in the original currency of purchase to the original payment method.

8. Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is unauthorised or incorrect, please contact support@swiftlystudio.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks initiated without first contacting support may result in immediate suspension of your account pending review. We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks that we reasonably believe are unfounded.

9. Free Trials and Promotional Credits

Free trial periods and promotional credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and are not refundable under any circumstances. We may end or modify promotional offers at any time.

10. Account Closure

You may close your account at any time from your account settings. Closure does not entitle you to a refund of any subscription fees or unused credits, except as set out in this Policy or required by law.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will apply to purchases made after the updated effective date.
